Pretty conspicuous hiding spot if smuggling.

I can tell you with near certainty what the hole in the door is. I have a hole myself.

It was drilled by dent shop. I had someone gave me a nasty dent to my car with a car door near the fuel nozzle area. The body shop was concerned that the most effective and safe way to remove the dent was by drilling a small hole to allow the rods under the panels to properly push out dent. Doing it from the exterior had a potential of damaging the panel and fracturing the paint. Make sure it's plugged up. Nothing to worry about.

So either my car has had PDR done or it has some form of sketchy Detroitness going on with it Either way I'll rust proof it and plug it so no further damage occurs.

Thanks guys!

HA, well I was thinking if you got a black plug when you had something in there that it would look rather factory... Just thinking out the box!

LOL, for all the hillbillies around me its either oxy or meth! When I saw that hole I imagined one of those idiots using a black plug to cover the hole in transit to hide their "cargo" so to speak... Hey, you never know!

LOL still pretty conspicuous. Just loosen the door panel and shove your contraband in so there are no alterations to the car. Doors are one of the first places they check anyways so you need to be way more creative.

I watch a lot of Border Security on the National Geographic channel!

Really.

I am probably on enough watch lists for my search history.

Don't need Customs and Immigration wondering as well.

Ya, well, you often talk about your two hour "commute" and how your car gets so dirty. Looks to be about a two hour run to Sarnia and back to London ......

humfrz:

Them old Furds don't seem to handle like an FRS/86.

Maybe they still got the stock tires on them.

Or maybe they shoulda put a lithium ion battery in the chassis to keep the center of gravity low.
