I'm certianly a fight fan. As an Australian I'm a big fan of our past champions like Lionel Rose and Johnny Famechon. In terms of all time greats, I'd have to rank Roberto Duran as the greatest I've ever seen in my lifetime. His legendary welterweight win over Sugar Ray Leonard is probably the best, most audacious, brilliant and balls out machismo underdog win ever recorded in the sport. Check it out. This fight best represents the Rocky story, where a great ex-champ comes back against a superior and younger champion and beats him.
Modern boxing is totally wrecked by the extensive use of steroids and performance enhancing drugs for me to take it seriously. |

Mayweather - Pacquiao needs to happen!
Both boxers have no no more credible opponents left in their class. |
