Axle clicks and woosh woosh rotational noise

I recently installed a set of 600hp DSS axles in my '13 FRS. Immediately after doing so, I would get a woosh woosh woosh noise clearly coming from the axle/diff when turning while driving at low speeds (parking lot speeds) after the car was warmed up. In addition, I've been noticing a click on accel/reverse from the rear which is likey the axles.

I used new nuts @140 ft lbs when I put the axles in. In an effort to sort out this strange behavior, I ordered two more, torqued them to 150, and staked them. No change.

Is there a need to put more torque on the DSS axles vs OEM or something? Any ideas as to what could be the reason for this?

make sure to check the boot clamps mine shot all the grease out in 50 miles the clean up sucked but being told I could repack them myself or they would but it might be 3-5 weeks sucked more. mine click also and I haven't found a fix for it. Tried everything I could think of but no results. On the bright side they hold up well to abuse

Thanks for the tip, the boots are all on there securely. I have a couple thousand miles on them so far and everything seems fine except the few strange noises. I'm thinking I'll take it to a lapping day regardless and send it to see if there are any adverse affects. I know my shoes have a bit of play in the drums too, and the ebrake is a bit loud, so perhaps part of the problem lies there. Do yours make any rotational noises under certain conditions?
