How about a mega meet in Packwood at one of the Solo autocross events, either 5/2, 6/7, or 6/28? It's a little further for us from the north but the location has space to camp, an event to compete in, tons of room to park and photo-shoot, and interesting roads getting there. Just a thought.

I'm sure we'll have an event sometime this spring/summer.

When you say sponsor the event, what do you mean? Just provide you with parts or what? More info please Mr. Chen!

In my opinion, sponsor = use business to leverage things like space and activity subsidies.

Realistically this should be just a meet with socializing, food, music, and cruise. Track event just equates to a lot of money, and may limit attendees to just the track enthusiasts. We just need to gather up and hang out while enjoying our cars and keep overall costs down. Probably wouldn't hurt to have goodies from supposed though.

I was thinking the same thing. I'm still waiting to hear back from @HATED1 about his super secret location.

Not really super secret, I just don't want to "count my chickens before they hatch."

I agree a meet is all about meeting people, cars, socializing, and a little entertainment. That's what I try to accomplish at all the meets I set up.

I'll be off this coming week and follow up on the business and see what's up. Don't let me stop everyone from brainstorming and coming up with ideas though.

I'm down for anything, being new here this would be my first meet as I'm was unable to attend any of the past meets! I'd like to meet everyone and make new friends!

We'll have to buy a bunch of your stuff so you can afford to sponsor us.

I voted but FWIW, I'm down for anytime. IMHO, primarily a social gathering and a safe convoy for some sightseeing would be best. No crazy shit. I'm just as bad as the next guy when it comes to the crowd mentality, if you get my <cough> drift.
