FINALLY progress today!!! On the way from work, only twice it was rough and it wasn't incredibly bad. I was able to take off civil. I'm at 220 miles break in so definitely a good sign!

He'll never be done. The next thing he's going to do is talk himself into needing a stronger limited slip and a different ring and pinion ratio.

But then 2nd gear will give up the ghost under the massive onslaught of torque, so he'll get really interested in Full Blown's project to drop in a Supra transmission.

And once he's got the stronger transmission, he's going to want to track it. He'll need a harness bar and fixed back seats, at the least. Maybe a cage.

It's like that Hotel California song, but about car mods. He can check out any time he likes, but he can never leave.

LMAO good call, and I would agree with you but I already have been through hell and back with other cars, (right @alpine @raul @marcoaferrer) and I'm done searching more power with this car. I'll build the motor in a few years (crossing fingers this one doesn't give up), reinforce transmission when that becomes possible and look for whatever does not break the Diff and call it a day. No roll cage, no harness seat belts, NO RaceKar seats, no body kit... etc.

Unless I become rich instantly and can throw away money, then all bets are off.
