Question

Are the Tanabe gauges too bright at night time?
Here is a picture of the Block8head triple vent.

This is not my picture, this was from the Block8head website, but I am planning to go with this setup and possibly the Cravenspeed to fit all 5 Tanabe VLS gauges.

Update: Looks like I found a better solution for the gauges around the steering column, OEM style. So now I will be going with this setup with the 3 other gauges on either the pillar pod or triple Block8head. The pillar would look much more OEM, but just not sure how this affects the pillar airbag and visibility. Anyone know? Or I could just go with this and get only two gauges, might be my best bet!

Cool

The 5 gauge setup looks so nice in the video. I may end up going through Motorsports Authority to get the custom pillar made.

I have decided to go with the MSA pillar and the Ortizpod using all 5 Tanabe gauges.
I should really get around to starting a build thread. I will post pictures there.

Are the Oil Pressure and Oil Temp gauges a pain to install if I'm hooking to the A -Pillar?

Arrow

After finding the picture above in the BRZ, I'm not sure I like how it looks as it still covers parts of the dash displays. I might be better off going with 3 on the pillar and 2 on the blockhead as I mentioned above.
But from looking at these two pictures side by side, it seems this is an impossibility...

Okay, back to my original plan, unless anyone has any better ideas.

If anyone is looking for budget solution here it is~ I bought PERRIN universal dual gauge pod, but I didn't like that how it blocks OEM gauge. So I decided to make bracket arm so those spreads out little further.

Here is how it looks when mounted.

From reading through this thread, I am under the impression Prime Motoring no longer will create this custom solution.

I have contacted Ortiz Custom Pods to see if they can custom create this solution for me. Please stand by...
