Fingers crossed this thing hits 230hp. Toes crossed that it costs under $2k. Thank you for all of the updates! I stayed up for 2 hours reading all about it.

When will you be going for the big tune? Don't leave the garage until it hits 230hp lol.

There is only so much we can do unfortunately, we will try a couple things and see what happens. Trust me i want to see that number too but given the install time and ease to remove this the gains are damn impressive. Especially in the bottom end.

I like the install time especially. If I run into a warranty repair issue, I can just unbolt this thing and no one would know the difference. There's quite a few advantages to this thing, its going to be a great value for people like me that are terrified of voiding warranties.

All I care about is torque! this kit has all the torque that car needs where it needs it.
This kit is all win win for me.

I'm pretty sure I read that the dealership can tell if the ECU has been flashed with a different tune, so if they can come up with something that doesn't pull CELs without a tune, the truly paranoid can rest easy.

Pretty sure that will come in the form off a map clamp of sorts if we can get it to work.

Can you explain the map clamp a little better and how it works? I have no idea what you're talking about.

intercepts MAP output voltage and clamps it at, say 4.95v so it never maxxes out completely. Any pressure above X would be read as pressure X

It takes the highest voltage that you want the sensor to see (i.e. voltage at 0 psi) and lets the ECU think that it's getting 0 psi and nothing higher, even though the MAP sensor itself is reading higher voltage levels during boost.
