We need to adjust our freeway speed regulations to something similar to the German Autobahns, where conditions allow. 70mph just feels slow in todays sports cars/sedans-they are safe, stable and very controllable at higher speeds. I yield the left lane to faster traffic, and appreciate the same from other drivers. It's the jackass blocking the left (express) lane, oblivious to the fact he's creating a safety hazard by forcing other to change lanes, who would do well consider others.

Side note I do agree with people not sitting in the far left lane going slow. Last edited by SubaSteve; 01-20-2014 at 11:04 AM. |

I just want to make sure people understand that aggressive driving is unacceptable and we as awesome ft86/scion/brz drivers should be setting the example. |

To add, I spent my honeymoon in Italy and if you arent passing in the left lane YOU are the asshole. I was going over the speed limit in the left and I had people speed up behind me, tailgate me, flash their lights, and then flip me off when I moved over. Thats how it should be.

Biggest douche drivers I encounter here are Prius drivers.. They are always cruising in the left lane going 5-10mph under the speed limit and refuse to get over. I encounter this weekly. And on single lane roads where you cannot pass I tend to get stuck behind them and they are almost always going 5mph under the speed limit.
I hate Prius drivers. Take the bus!!! |
