i remember because it was weird to me, any car can have such a small change in HP and not have anything different about it. but of course the internets are cruel with giving and taking information, be damned if i might find a something now.

The car has 147 kW, which is not regional, it's a metric standard measurement. See: Watt.

There were lots of rumours many months ago about different power in different markets but it's officially 147 kW.
