I grew up and played hockey and lacrosse at high levels, lots of shit got said during games, but there was of course a line. I remember getting a 3 game suspension one year in lacrosse because someone from the other team said a racial slur towards a player on my team and I didn't like that. I speared him, then dropped the gloves. I'm not proud of how I handled that, but I was young and on the plus side, I'm sure that kid never said, or at least got caught saying, a racial slur since then.

Trash talking the other team and shitting on your own team mates is different

No, we own a house and a dog up near Ichi. She lives up there with her kids, so we aren't pulling them out of schools and uprooting everyone's lives every couple of years. Plus, in-state tuition is much cheaper than out of state tuition, and her daughter just started pre-med.

It's a real one. The only mark on it is a small scuff from the safety lever being cycled. I can provide pics upon request.

Edit: I knew that there was a reason I stopped playing multiplayer games that are largely competitive instead of co-op. And the awful communities are the reason. I used to love playing in public matches on CoD with my friends, but then I got a bit older and kids calling me homophobic and racial slurs while telling me they were going to rape my mom was something I didn't need to hear. Now my friends and I play Destiny, the Division, etc. Co-op multiplayer is great, competitive is great, when your team mates have a vested interest in you being better, rather than telling you to kill yourself

Let me know if you ever get on battlefield 1 on PC. No live voice chat, just text. Not as toxic as CoD, least PC wise. Console may be different. If people get shitty, I just hide chat or don't pay attention to it.

I tried getting back into mobas but just not my thing anymore. Though the way Ashi describes heroes makes me want to play it.

BF1 is great. Had it for the PS4. Thinking about getting it for the PC, but it's still $55 on g2a. When it comes down to $40 or so, I might get it.

Yeah they cleared the last hit mechanic so it's not so micro reliant and good teamwork is how you win. Much more noob friendly and MUCH less toxic
