That's a great lap for just tires and pads. I'm looking to hit the 1:30 mark with RS3s, but I'll be running 225/45. I'm looking forward to driving it with better tires. I bet it makes all the difference in the world.

No problems Eric - with all the experienced drivers at this next event you'll get some good tips for sure. Just be sure to get them in your car, or get into their cars and you'll be hitting 1:35 in a stock car no problem. I'll take you for a ride for sure. I was mid 1:30's all day long last time in my completely stock car.

Sounds like a great plan. I'll definately take you up on the offer of a ride and to get someone in my car too. Hoping to have the opportunity to follow someone around the track also.

Does anyone have extra GoPros I can borrow for a session or two? I'd like to get some laps following and being followed by Robispec's FRS.

I have two older ones (hero 1's I think) you can use them, but bring a bunch of AAA batteries as they burn through them fast. Also bing some extra cards, I'm down to only 2 myself, but I'll bring all I have.

That's perfectly fine. I didn't know it could run off of AAA batteries. Costco time...

I hear the auto is pretty good on track, you should be fine. From what I'm told it holds the gears right up to the rev limiter with our upshifting automatically. If that's the case you'll have a blast with it even though it's a slush box.

Yeah.. So far it will bounce off the limiter and I haven't kept it there but doesn't shift till I do it
