I feel like people would take me more seriously if I quit my job and wrote a textbook about how to do my job than actually doing the job. installed my first ford ev charger today.

the tesla charger is slightly over-engineered, but by comparison, is an elegant design in simplicity.

the ford charger is like equipping ones self with a sledgehammer to visit a book store.

My parents just had a charger installed for their Tesla. I was surprised how simple it was, but it makes perfect sense.

My last two milwaukee hammer drills let the smoke out spectacularly too.

the smoke is still in this one! same drill a co-worker tried running it between gears even, still doesn't slip.

used it with a 1-1/2" hole saw, hand tightened chuck. go try to get my arbor out and the chuck starts spinning freely.

so i cut the chuck apart until i got my arbor back. made some cool sparks.

funny part is the chuck screw broke on this drill about a year ago, but i can't get the rest of the chuck to break loose from the drill. this weekend i'm getting some bigger tools out to try.

if i can get the chuck carcass off, i'll replace the chuck and keep it for a backup drill.

DUDE! By the looks of that poor thing it has had a full and productive life. Pull the plug and let it die with dignity.
