I recommend finding an independent shop you can trust. There has to be some good ones in a city as big as Dallas. It takes some initial research but it'll be worth it.

Yes but independent shops don't have loaners or wifi.
Ps, at the dealership and they told me the tranny fluid isn't serviceable on my vehicle. (Yes, it's an AT). Is this right ? |

I would be finding a different service provider even if they didn't have WiFi.
