P219A ENGINE CODE

I had a accident and had it covered by insurance wasn't to bad but they did mess around with the with the front end of the car and I got it back and now the engine light came on took it back seems like they just erased it becuase now it came back on took about maybe 10 miles to turn back on now my feeling is that maybe the messed up the air flow senser or maybe when in paint or around dust the sensor got clogged or messed up becuase everything looks normal the work got done at toyota so I'm guessing that what it is now I'm taking it back becuase they have to change the wheel bearing and I'll let them know to also fix this becuase it wasn't on even after the accident but any word from you guys would help

That code is air fuel ratio imbalance

The intake has no leaks but maybe maybe they damage the oxygen sensor when taking off the front end
