I have to check the CalID, I'll let you know.
BTW, please let me know how to update the ABS module with Techstream, I didn't succeed.

I already had normal Brembo definition before, I have PP.

I am assuming Brembo calibration is less intrusive too.
How are you able to receive CAL ID files? with TIS regular h/m registration/payment?

I pulled the calibration ID on a few I had here, they all kinda match the unit that they came off of, just with a different leading part number.

IE:
27536CA050 => 27522CA050
27536CA070 => 27522CA070

Ignore all of the errors, car is K24 on Haltech.

I also checked the units from two of my friend's GRs - one base, one premium and same numbers

It is a mystery, definitely not like MK60 stuff where you can adjust chassis / slip parameters with INPA.

The GR and modules are much more different than gen1. The canbus networks are completely different and the internal program is too. The subroutines in code are slightly different. So they won't drop in without major rewriting firmwares on it. At the point Pedal dance does the same thing.

There is no change to ABS regulation?

The latest Cal ID for JDM Racing models is 27522CA840.
I'm interested in how to flash it using Techstream

I wonder why the calibration is etched onto the body of the VSC module, does that imply that it is not rewritable?

Probably for identification. It seems that both Techstream and SSM4 can write calibrations, but I don't know how to do...

I found a unit 27536CA030 But it has a date of 2016 (16-06-24).

the crashed car has the track button and other aesthetic elements of my17.

Do you think it will work? It is the only unit I have found in my country.

Yup. 27536CA030 is good to go as long as the transmission types match.

Thanks for the guide. I had this installed tonight. Don't be like me and accidentally push the white plug into the hole when trying to repin. I spent an hour trying to pick it out and then eventually got a screw, screwed it into the hole with the plug and pulled it out.

Has anyone tried downloading calibrations through TIS and updating units with Calibration Update Wizard?
