I'm also excited for more teamwork oriented stuff. Besides the raids, all PvE content alternates between "everyone shoot things" and "everyone shoot this thing". Occasionally open door.

It's bittersweet there's no raid, but the supplemental content sounds engaging enough to make the game feel more full. I have high hopes that when the raid that does come along it will be far more interesting than CE. CE has some great ideas, just poor execution. VoG has some great ideas, and great execution.

I agree, Crota seems pretty "meh" compared to VoG but it's been pretty good to me compared to VoG so in some ways I've enjoyed it more than VoG. The first couple of months with VoG was pretty frustrating, though some of that had to do with the group I was playing with and my own ignorance to the mechanics of that Raid. With that being said, I finally picked up a Mythoclast last night from VoG so despite the nerf, I'm still pretty stoked. Stayed up till around 11:00 last night finishing the VoG on HM so haven't even had a chance to try it yet. Looking forward to getting home tonight and trying it out.

I'm looking forward to the new DLC, despite the lack of a new raid. I still think they will release another Raid, I bet it ends up being like VoG where it gets released at a later date. I'm very curious to see what this new "Prison of Elders" event is and I'm even curious about the new Trials of Osiris stuff. I'm finally getting better at PvP so I'm starting to enjoy it more.

I really hope they aren't epic trolling or have some kind of "gotcha" with the armor. I hate how everyone has to wear the crota crap if you want to be highest level.

I'm sure there will be some barrier to upgrading, likely a unique drop from the Prison of Elders or something.

But still this is good, now we should have 4-5 sets of armor to choose from (VoG, CE, Iron Banner, Trials of Osiris and Prison of Elders) to get our own unique looks.

I spend most of my time as a 31 rocking vendor gear so I don't have to look like everyone else.

Yeah, I'd be fine with that as long as it isn't a repeat of VoG hard mode trying to get a helmet to drop for months.

I'm usually rocking the IB gear except when I want more heavy ammo from the crota boots.

IB gear is sick, I wore it back before Crota, but now i'm too lazy to level up IB every time.

I agree. Once the new DLC drops, I may grind IB one more time to get some new IB armor.
