surprised at how much MORE i like the frs dash cluster

didn't realize the subaru version uses a different font and the needles are different as well. the brz version looks so plain wihtout the textured T logo in the background and no white on the tach. the font and needles make it look more "cartoony" to me for some reason too.

yes, i know there is no point to this post. just something i noticed and was surprised about.

I don't mind the plain dash in the BRZ too much... I'd give anything to have a dash look my IS200's though! It was beautiful!

I'm just glad you acknowledged the textured T design, instead of calling it "Fake Carbon Fiber"

I really like the white face on the tach. Almost makes up for the fake carbon fiber weave

The fake stiching on the steering wheel is also a very nice touch on the FR-S's vs the plain subaru one. Not really the cluster but pretty much right in the same line of sight.

It is not fake carbon fiber. It is designed to echo the original AE86 logo.

I like it a lot, while carbon fiber does nothing for me - neither does fiberglass.

Audi is still the best for dashboards.

I wish the steering wheel was red on the sides like it was shown in the beginning...

You can get that steering wheel from Japan (or Europe). The steering wheel is something like $800. You can buy it from one of the vendors here.

i think the steering wheel with the red is ugly. i love the one on the frs, and yeah, the fake stitching around the center really makes a difference. i actually didn't realize it was fake and not leather untilll like 2 days after owning the car.

Ya I've seen it but don't wanna pay 800 for the color of a steering wheel
