I believe that's their Winning Blue color. RAVSpec, Evasive Motorsports, and DSG Motorsports sell them, to name a few. Check out the vendor classifieds for sales.

It might seem that way but wheel manufacturers often have different colors that may seem similar at a glance (the wheel kinda looks black in the picture) but might have odd names, like grammici101 pointed out. The slight blue haze might be a reflected light on a satin finish, or might be a blue finish in itself.

i also think its winning blue, but the watermark on the picture is making parts of the wheels look different colors(i don't think there is really any purple in the wheel, just the red part of the watermark)

I decided on Winning Blue because of the blue tone at the center cap's 4 o'clock position. It looks just like a blued gun barrel.

I wouldn't mind a set of velvet carmine 57Xtremes for my car, but they're ungodly expensive and I've heard the velvet finish is pretty easy to mar.
