Yeah it seems to me that if you have more of a DD and want that mid range torque, Edlebrock is the way to go. If you have more of a track car and want the high end, then maybe JRSC is the better option.

Exactly. I daily my car with autox and a rogue HPDE day every now and then. I think I'd benefit most from the edlebrock with the mid range torque.

That's what I'm thinking too. I have the phantom currently which is fun and slowly getting me into the world of boost. In a couple years I may move up though.

Exactly. This curve looks exactly like one would expect. I don't know why people were thinking this would look any diiferent versus a Centrifugal blower.

I prefer TVS/twin screw myself for DD and would rather just go turbo if I was into a centrifugal type curve.

This looks pretty good! 91 on CARB tune?

The Harrop tuner kit is $6688aud inc 10% tax, which makes it pretty much bang on $5000usd. Pretty sure if you import it from AU you don't have to pay the 10% tax.

Spent the day touring the Edelbrock plant. Man what and impressive operation. They do 100% everything in house, from their own aluminum foundry to machining. The afternoon ended with the unveiling of the new E-Force supercharger for the GT86. I have rode in several different brands of 86 forced induction kits and nothing begins to have the bottom end torque the Edelbrock has. The torque is right now! Made a believer out of me. So I wandered out to get some fresh air and there was Vic Edelbrock him self in his new ZO6 Corvette. What a nice man, he talked my leg off for several minutes.

The facility was quite impressive. Kinda disappointed that they didn't really do much engine dyno testing on the FA20 with most of the development done on their 3 test cars, but I don't blame them, they are going outside of their comfort zone developing something for the import market (specially since they first foray didn't go as well as they wanted)

Equally impressive was the in process quality control they do and the amount of craftsmanship they still use along with their automated cnc processes. The price of the kit definitely isn't just the sum of its parts.
