The leak I've had coming from the condenser behind the glovebox is really bad now. I replaced the drain hose and made sure there are no blockages but the water is pouring out now when the AC or defroster is on. This really sucks because now that the carpet is soaked the windows fog up if I don't have the defroster on making the car nearly undriveable in the rain or at night. I drive with the windows open as often as I can but that's not always possible. What the F else could it be? I don't see any cracks in the housing, is there a breather somewhere that I'm not seeing that may be blocked? Please don't tell me the heater core is shot...

Well now, that's a bummer -

Is the liquid leaking out water or coolant?

I suggest you go to ol @Ultramaroon 's signature block and click on the parts manual he has posted there to see a breakout of the A/C or heater system, depending on what the liquid is.

With that much liquid coming out, you should be able to see or feel where it's leaking.

I would pull the interior carpet and then run the a/c while trying to locate the leak.

Any pictures of the leak, not sure where it is but try pulling out the glovebox and reach behind to check where the water is coming from? Or wrap your phone in cling and record a video, that should give you a better idea.

Sounds like it's clogged at the bottom of the pan itself. Happened to a friend's. Turned out to be a mouse nest somewhere up in there. Rice from the pantry came out.

the drain hose is not connected properly, or part of the system is plugged.

Or the part that the drain hose is connected to is broken just before the drain itself allowing the water to bypass the drain hose completely

Sorry folks, I haven't been here in a few days. Life just kind of got in the way. Yesterday was pretty rough, 300 miles at 90 degrees with no AC meant I had to drive pretty fast with the windows open to stay comfortable. Not that I mind driving fast...

Ya know that makes sense. Hmm, gonna have to go do some real diggin around in there. I guess I need to go through the breakdown in the service manual and see what there is to see. If you find the page let me know which one it is

I've had the hose on and off a dozen times now so I know it's seated correctly and that the piece it attaches to is good. With the hose off the water drains out from somewhere above, there's no blockage in there that I can find, I've stuck long pipe cleaners up as far as they'd go with no resistance.

You know that it has to be condensation on the evaporation coil. So where is the water getting out of the heater box and why is the drain not working. I say this guardedly, you could use compressed air from the bottom of the drain line up. no more than 5 PSI and then with caution. If you do not have a compressor with a good regulator then get a Blowoff can at a computer store. I have used the line from a string trimmer for drain tubes from sun roofs.
