Just got a call from my dealer. They have the VIN and said my car will be at port on 18th, ready for delivery around 25th. They have 3 allocated and all 3 are already sold / spoken for (I got the first one). They can bash scion for adding aero without real power all they want but the truth is this is going to be an awesome sought after frs.

Hey, 50 dollars is 50 dollars...haha.
They should but make sure you make it very clear they use 91 or higher! Dealer filled mine with 87 cuz they said premium only "recommended "

Feel free to correct me.
Oh yeah you replied to me about that the last page of the thread.

I'd better ask my dealer here. Thanks for the heads up though!

Edit: thanks also Tcoat! Man these forums are helpful lol.

Any chance crickets will be fixed in the RS? Hopefully the 2015 models wont have this any more. I thought bugs were supposed to be fixed after the first year or 2 in cars

Probably not, the new part doesn't seem to stop it from happening for those who has it replaced by TSB or in the 2014s

Do you guys mean the chirping you can hear while idling? I have a '15 and just heard it today when I let the car idle for a bit.

Yep that would be it!
As I understand it nothing more then an annoyance and no fix in place so learn to ignore/embrace it and enjoy your car.

ETA for me is Oct 9th or sooner...so close yet so far.

OTD price is near $34k. But it's well worth it to have a unique FRS.

My Toyota dealership is only getting one so far and it is already spoken for. I am hoping to at least test drive one.

Provide pictures when you receive it! Excited to see what it looks like in person.

Definitely take a pic when you get it!!!

Tax here is 8.1%, dealership fees are $495 here. OTD was 33,815. Plus the dealership is giving me a few incentives...$250 visa gc and $100 off any accessory.
