I though I did when I said a V6 TT or NA V8 was two likely choices for drivetrain. Also RWD and not AWD.

I love the handling of the FRS and all but the 2015 WRX is pretty much on par in terms of handling (no body roll, etc). Subaru took what they learned from the brz and improved handling in the 2015's by a lot.

I got the FRS because I wanted a car that's fun to drive. To me, that's more important than anything else. Life's too short to drive boring cars! :P I'm happy with what I got for now and the FRS is a great car don't get me wrong, but after driving a 2015 wrx -maybe- I'll be happier with the 2015 WRX and it's something I'm considering trading in for when I have the financial ability.

Back to the topic at hand, I don't consider or see the FRS/BRZ close to ever becoming the next Civic at all...

Oh, and by the way in case you were referring to me, I bought my own car with my own hard-earned money without any financial assistance from anyone else.
you haven't drove a twin like it was intended if you think the wrx is on par with a twin in terms of handling. Just saying

It bothers me that people buy this car and don't use it in some form of racing but I try not to let it get to me.

Lol my bad for misreading your intent and thanks for clarifying; wasn't meaning to single you out but I've just heard the "not enough power" horse get beaten to death too many times and you happened to be the most recent example I could pull from memory. Also, I had others, not you, in mind when I commented on the kids with parent-bought twins

And I did get a chance to drive the new WRX, quite hard, just a couple weeks ago. Yes, it's more powerful, but not to the point where it made my BRZ feel slow. It's also a taller and bigger car, so the handling was not comparable. It's just a different machine that I would strongly consider as an addition to my garage, but not as a replacement to the (sexy) BRZ. I personally get more enjoyment from revving the snot out of my weak but lively engine than actually going that fast, especially on the street.

If I wanted a car for the track (only) I would have bought one of these.

No, it didn't matter to me Husker. I am paying 150 for both cars and am just under 30. I also have no appreciable accident history, so I think that is (I hope anyway...) a bigger factor than overly exuberant teens who let emotions overtake them, like say, the emotions one may feel during prom night for example.

Why are you always yelling? Your location, username, and now your response. Can't you just take a breath and calm down?
