Just because someone lives in CA , doesn't mean that they shouldn't have / get heated seats.
If you're coastal , sure it's more temperate , and temps year round are about 40-85 F , you might not want/ need heated seats. The more inland you go , and mountainous , heated seats could be a nice option.
