There are a few single exit exhausts, most complete being freed engineering - they make a full 3" straight pipe single exit

That is not a full system, it's a catback. I also suspect it'll drone a lot, is there any video?

There is a company STR in Japan who makes a catback plus cat delete pipe in Ti. The whole setup weighs like 13lbs. Has no resonators and a very small muffler so it probably doesn't sound the greatest. I haven't seen anyone import their stuff.

A Ti header would be retardedly expensive. Ti is also hard to bend (slightly easier to cut) so making simple cat backs is all you can do.

But you can buy cat backs for 240sx and Evos for less than 1000$

It would also be very fragile.
By the way, 1,5 mm thick stainless steel vs 0,9 TI, same design, 60% less weight.
These are one-off, full titanium 4 into 1 collectors we made a month ago for a race car:

Are you sure you got your numbers right?
Titanium being ~60% the density of steel (4500 kg/m3 vs 7850 kg/m3) AND you claim to have reduced the thickness by another 40%... In my book, M_Ti=0.6*0.6*M_Steel=0.36*M_Steel.

Yes, but some parts cannot be reduced as much as the pipes, 60% reduction is the measured value on the scales.
