That STI taillight seems pretty close, but camo or not, there's very little about that rear end that matches up to the concept's.
I'm not really sure why the back is even camoed because most of the lines are visible in the various shots, and they really don't seem much different at all from the current version. Quote:

Not really. The mule's spoiler has endplates and much smaller vertical supports. They resemble one another in as much as any wing/spoiler resembles another.
