Maybe it's because you're international? I live about 2 hours from them and I put an order in over the weekend in February, called them on Monday to confirm it (because they asked if I needed spacers or anything), and got the wheels by Friday.
When do you call them? They're located in California so you may just be calling them during their off hours. |

I just dealt with them recently. Not a fun experience. They are a pain to get in contact with. I wouldn't buy from them. Read up on their FB/Yelp/and Nasioc and you'll see that they have been REALLY lacking as of late.

@swarb has a good point and the fact that there has been no response in this thread should be taken with a grain of salt. FT86 is not the center of the internet. Sure there are enough testimonies here to warrant suspicion of mediocre customer service at best, but I find it funny how not once has he been tagged or mentioned in this thread. Perhaps if he was actually aware this thread existed there would be a greater chance of a response?

yup, bought wheels from him, almost exactly 5 months later bam, credit card fraud caught a bunch of charges hitting my account from the opposite side of the country.
I'm very tuned into where my info is going and there was simply no other breach that could have resulted in this. STAY AWAY |
