There's a lot of SE 17th st's in South FL, let alone intersecting avenues to those 17th st's. More details please

Has anyone seen that horrid white FR-S that's always parked at the Valero gas station near Palm St. before getting to Flipper's Cinema?

I don't know who owns it, but it's white, blue/black wheels, blue headlight AND tailight tints.
