So....... if you're driving around 2222 in your FRS, make sure to keep below the 45 speed limit. Just got my first ticket for 60 in a 45 zone

Well if anyone wants a Whiteout FR-S with a manual transmission there is one up for grabs at Joe Myers Scion in Houston. I can't convince my family on the manual transmission. So I will have to wait till there is an automatic available. Contact Razek if you are interested 979-215-1952.He is really great, held the whiteout for me. So call quick. I am going for a drink cause this is a shitty day.

Forgot to mention it is $25,205 with no mark ups and 38 miles. I hate to give this up. But hate hearing how manual are bad for the rest of my misarable life.

Ok I lied, Scott at Champion called me and said that preetham really had backed out and that I was next in line. They are running the estimate on my mustang now.

Umm, also. Round rock Auto Group was doing test drives with a grey FRS they had, but it might have already been sold by now.

Was the test drive car an auto or manual?

Hehe :P I don't know how to drive stick that well, so I'm reluctant to test drive a manual. I'm planning on purchasing a manual though!

Well let us know how it goes. I am trying to see if I can get the Whiteout with the automatic from Irving. Not going to get my hopes up this time.

It went...ok...They are holding the car for me until tomorrow so I can sort out the insurance and etc...

We didn't go through the trade in process because I left my car at home (so I wouldn't make a stupid decision) so if they can give me what I want then I'll buy, otherwise its next in line.

FYI, car has 40 miles on the ODO, 20 of which I put there on my test drive

oh man, seems like a busy day for you folks good luck on whoever getting their cars, I'm feeling like hanging out at Dave and Buster tomorrow or next Wednesday (Half price FTW lol) so I'm suggesting a meet (more like hangout)

Dang-Lad: dude, that sucks, thanks for the heads up, that drive from mopac to 2222 is nice though so I can understand the temptation.

Hey Dang-Lad. May I ask which part of 2222 did you get busted on? Cause I take 360 every single day, and pass 2222 and that was my first thought on where i want drive after i get my car.I like 2222 in between mopac and 360. I think that is the lovely section. My second road would be Ranch Road 12 from Dripping Springs to San Marcos.

A really beautiful section of road is Spicewood Springs between 360 and 183. (depending on which side you start from) it starts out/ends as a normal 4 lane road, but once you turn off into the trees it becomes a 2 lane hilly road where you low water cross the springs about 6 times. Might not be as technical as Lime Creek, but it looks beautiful.

Well that blows. I've been up 2222 more than 2 dozen times with my FR-S. The car takes those turns so well! I'll be careful, thanks for the heads up.

I wonder if the cop just wanted to take a long test drive. Too bad you cant ask, because that might be considered bribery.
