Some other wheels I deal with are Avante Garde wheels. A lot of the BMW and Porsche guys run these.

sizes range from 17 inches and up for around $1000 a set.

Those look pretty good. Do you know what the offset and weight is on them?

I've had my eye on a set of Enkei wheels for a while. You can always consult tirerack. I like them because they list the wheel weights as well! They are experts. How can you go wrong? God speed!

For wheels it's either Enkei or Kosei for me... those are proven wheels that don't cost much. Spending over $1k on a set of wheel makes no sense to me for a daily driver.

"Track set" (which I've been daily driving on for a while now...) - Kosei K4R (17x8 with 36mm offset, 15.6lbs) $199 each:

"Daily Driver set" - Enkei Fujin (17x7.5 with 40mm offset, 17.0lbs) $180 each:

As you can see by the closeups, both these wheels are well engineered with minimal stress risers in the design.

They don't list it but i have seen it done. It was either an empty redrilled or they had to drill the specific pattern from a blank wheel. Send me a PM if you are interested and I can ask them for you.

The one's on the orange car is 18x9 all around. They have 18x8, 18x8.5 and 18x9. Not sure of the offset at this time though but the price is around $225 per wheel in any of those sizes.

I wish Kosei made the new K2R in a 17" size and with 5x100 bolt pattern....I love nice wide 5's designs for a daily wheel, and this is just gorgeous:

Those wheels are NICE, but is our bolt pattern really that unpopular?
