The race:

The 2ZZ MR-S fared really well in the actual 7 lap race with the lowest HP but also the least weight. Where the heavy BMW did its fastest lap at the beginning of the race, the MR-S did its fastest lap at the end. This indicates that the tires on the BMW were going away and the MR-S tires were just getting good. I have loved watching that Spirit 2ZZ-GE MR-S race and compete on the touge for many years. One 86 and one S2000 broke during the race.
