Did a search and stuff all came up .

Looking to try and take a bit of twitchyness out of the rear of my 86 and thinking a set of LCA's might help am lowered app 1" .

Running 245 40 17's .

What do you mean by "twitchyness"? Rear toe has a huge impact on rear end stability. Do you know what your rear toe is set at? Why do you think lca will help?

Rear toe is meant to be set at 0 but maybe need to get it checked again.

What's the best toe setting for the rear with the drop I have ?

I think the LCA's would help as far as traction goes being S charged as well but still learning

If you can't get toe zeroed with the stock setup, buy some toe arms. I recently bought some SPC toe arms for the very symptoms you have (twitchyness over bumps).
This place has best deal I could find personally, @$150 for a set, it's a really good deal IMO:

There is no best; it depends on what you want the rear to be doing. Zero toe makes rotation easier at the expense of stability. For street use I would suggest between 1-1.5 millimeters total toe in. Everything's a compromise.

Rear aftermarket lca arms are for mainly for camber adjustment and added strength. You mention traction issues but have not mentioned the tyres you are wearing. If you are already wearing wider stickier tyres (and don't go crazy wide either because compromise) I would recommend controlling your right foot.

I hope you mean camber because that is an insane amount of toe.

Yeah, I was running .38 deg total toe in before the toe arms and honestly it felt pretty sketchy. Zeroing out the toe made it feel a lot better going over bumps.

I think he means millimetres.

A little toe in on the rear will add some stability.

Thanks for the help so just wondering what would be a good DD setup for the alignment?

From what I have gathered so far is about 1.5 camber front and 1 rear but not sure on toe front to rear as like said before still learning about this and my wheel guy just says he'll set it to what I want.
