Will APR fit with BRZ OEM rear diffuser without any modify?

your right. I had to get creative but in there defense if you ever had to pull out and reinstall the OEM foglight you have to bend the piece of plastic slightly.

AGREED !

I think that will influence this poll greatly.
The Seibon looks MUCH nicer than the potato photo shows. It has a very deep 3-d high gloss which changes colour depending on the lighting (black, silver, gold).

Also - it attaches without drilling holes and using rivets like the other one.

There have been warped Seibon parts in the past so it is best to check fitment. When I got mine the deal was - check it before leaving the store, if warped no deal.
It was a little snug but acceptable.

ToyoBaru uses soapy plastic (that no glue sticks to) so Seibon advises to use the red (iron oxide) hi-temp silicone.
I used gasket silicone (2 large tubes to get enough surface adhesion), a clamp on each side a heat lamp and 12 hours drying.

Been bullet proof, through Kanadian weather, and lots of tracking.
Best part was that I got it for free ! ( I was rear ended, which left 2 licence plate bolt dents in the soapy plastic that had to be covered ).
