I may just skip this year's show season completely and do some other modifications on top of what I had planned for this year. I have a custom door card mod I want to do. I may also design a livery. This new look may very well carry over into 2019.

Made some progress yesterday... check it out. I will fill in all the seams with Sika flex once everything is 100% installed. Gas cap fitment changed a bit when reinstalling it... I didn't adjust it until after the pics... on point once again though!

I've been making some progress... I had to extend the area behind the garnish... without my adjustments... the fender mounting point would be visible. I overlooked that detail in my original garnish design. Aftermarket and OEM garnishes extend out enough to cover the mounting point. I still have a little bit of work to do on this side.

Paid off the FR-S! The only thing I owe on my build now is the second half of my payment for my wheels. They should be here this month! Feels good! But now I have a truck payment... lol

I have been making progress... just haven't been posting... I should have some pics to post through out the weekend.

I'm going to start securing with rivnuts/countersunk screws the skirts to the chassis and to rear overfender. I'm also going to come up with a way to cleanly secure the forward part of the skirt to the front fender. The I'm going to install a nutplate/nutsert/rivnut that will secure the rear bumper extention to the rear overfender.

Once all that is done... I may start building my aero for the passenger side. It's either that or finish the widebody kit on the driver side.... we'll see... I tend to jump around.

Still back and forth about molding the whole kit... we'll see what happens.

This guy has done it... https://www.instagram.com/p/BV3rN84h...=1x7119hv3q5lf

My new Work Wheels are at the Work Wheels facility in Cali I assume... I should have a tracking number tomorrow! Pics coming soon!

Also, I had ordered a five axis trunk spoiler... it will be here today. The plan is to mold it.

Pics are coming... I'm waiting to have all panels blocked and primed before posting.

After 5 months or so I finally received my Work Wheels Meister L1 3-piece wheels. Excited to see these on the build but I'm not sure when exactly that will be. I'll be done when I'm done... the end result will be worth the wait and the work. My plan is to put some meat on these wheels... I'm not into stance and or stretched tires...my ideal fitment belongs to @lian_nast on IG.

I'll be posting some updates on my widebody install soon... I'm very happy with how everything is working out. Stay tuned.

Thanks to @Kami Speed for making my wheel purchase delightful... minus the part where I actually have to dish out the money... LOL

Some pics of how I'm going to install my rear bumper extensions.

**I installed the fasteners to hold the extentions flush while the 3M adhesive cures. Because the way I installed these fasteners they will stay installed... I will use a star washer and nut and grind the bolt flush with the nut.

Some more spots I installed rivnuts...

Here is my passenger side rear bumper extention ready to be mounted and blocked to the rear overfender...

I've also added a couple of rivnuts (one is embedded) to secure the panel evenly. This panel will be molded.

Felt like bonding the bumper extention today... I clamped it down but really didn't need to because it is bolted down.

Should be completely cured by 3pm tomorrow...

Working on mounting skirts using aluminum rivnuts... pulled 2 too hard and stripped out a thread or two... screw is still biting though. I have to be careful with the rest.

I'm back to thinking I should mold the skirt to the chassis and rear over fender. The issue is that if I do that I will have to mold the front fender because the front of the skirt wraps around the bottom of the front fender. Decisions...decisions.

Btw, I just noticed I reached 200k views on this thread!

Thanks to all those that have taken the time to keep up with my build and a special thanks to those that have provided me input and information that may have influenced decisions I've made for this build.

Sounds dangerous if you ever have to remove the fender. You may fuck yourself into a corner of you aren't careful
