@scarfo, it's not that the P&L doesn't fit the kit. It doesn't fit the car. I returned mine for a refund. P&L is still working on fixing the problem after 6 months.

I just wanted to provide some comment on the pulley stuff I posted.

I've been in contact with Innovate throughout the period of time when the pulley started making noise. In every case when I contacted them they were looking to solve the problem. Once we determined that a repack of the bearings wasn't the solution, they overnighted me a new pulley. I know of one other person who has had issues with the pulley and I suspect that given the type of driving that he and I do with our cars that we're pushing the pulley pretty hard. I am confident that Innovate will be working on figuring out what caused the failures and come up with a good solution to the problem.

FWIW, here's the bearing that comes in the pulley: [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Ntn-6203LU-Single-Ball-Bearing/dp/B005BN2BDK"]Ntn 6203LU Single Row Ball Bearing: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific[/ame]

At $7.21 each that's not to bad of a cost.

Both tuned by Delicious Tuning. Along with a few more in the SEMA show.

Beat Sonic's was actually a development car for the Automatic transmission tune. They actually give great feedback and have been very helpful with dialing in the tune.

Cheers,
William Knose

Bill,

I'll be contacting you in the near future to help with a custom tune on my car. So far the tune you derived on the Beat Sonic car has worked great on my AT. I'll be going the IC route soon, and headers and an overpipe will be mounted at the same time. Look forward to some time @Infamous Performance with you in the future.

I would like to see how a PPE header works on the FRS. I have tuned a couple non-forced induction setups with the PPE's and they have really helped the top end power.

I hope that wasn't the final fitment if the charge cooler element in the plenum? It appears to be mounted backwards!

Right now I'm thinking the JDL UEL and JDL overpipe, both coated. Still not sure though. Nameless seems nice, but not sure when they will be available.

I might have to look into their part. I need/want an overpipe as well. Thinking I want my setup coated to help keep the heat out of the engine bay.
