Good attitude. In my many moves, I had been bumped twice by non-contingent offers -

However, the other houses that I bought turned out to be better -

I didn't get the first house I put an offer on, and I was pretty excited about that one. A few weeks later I found a much much better house.

I wish. The realtor is picking me up tomorrow and taking me to walk thru the house, other than that I'll just be sitting bored at the hotel waiting to fly home Sunday morning. Guess I'll try to get some rest.

Nah, I think I'll just try to get some rest. Although, downtown is fun.

Hey I was wondering if you guys could help me with this.

If you where buying a brand new car, and you got the interior done in leather, is this acceptable in your eyes or would you demand they fix it?

Im talking about that spot in the wing, am I being too anal? I mean I'm buying a brand new car and paying extra for leather interior. I'm really curious as to what you guys think.

I just thought of another angle. I would be willing to accept if they're all like that because of the airbag.

...but if that's the case, make them tell you. Play dumb.

Yeah those are pictures from the sales guy, I haven't inspected it myself. Im going to see it tomorrow morning and see how it looks/feels in person. I'm pretty sure the airbags are there. I did ask if the leather work includes breakaway stitching for the airbags which it does. However the other passenger seat looks more flush. It has already been a longer wait than normal for the leather work and now I may have to continue to wait if I decide they gotta clean up this work and do it better.

The other side.

Tough call. I see some lumpiness on the other side too. It's not horrible.

No its borderline from what I can see, certainly not ideal. I'll see tomorrow, if I like it and take ownership of the car as is I'll post a pic in here.
