I do enjoy how it ended so abruptly when Aero handled it so well!
It is really sort of telling how some of the more flameing threads can evolve.


Dude comes on with just a couple of/no prior posts.
Start a thread that can seem to be some outrageous claim, really dumb statement or a very particular taste.
Nobody sure if a troll or a "real" enthusiast.
Some people make jokes (actually some good ones occasionally) and some get downright nasty and insulting.


Three possible outcomes (and variations of each of those):


OP is never heard from again or makes one or two posts to keep the ball rolling = Troll


OP trys to fight back in a nasty manner (sometimes rightfully so maybe) they usually get ripped to shreds = A guy that is probably never going to get along with the general forum population


OP actually catches on that many of the comments are only jokes/razing and works with it = Somebody that will probably get along and contribute to the community

Well, of course. I'm not speaking to content, just the medium. Vinyl is both tough and reversible the latter of which, in your case, I strongly recommend considering.

Just read that thread and I am surprised how people hate his red mudflaps so much. I actually considered those myself... I got the black OEM ones as a dealer option instead.
