which is probably automated too.

not confident in the outcome at all. Not a fan of all the "entitlement" people seem to have either.

I am simply hoping that they do ship on account of a mistake. If they don't, I would never think any differently of them as a company. put yourself in their position.

My only beef with the company is their utter lack of communication. As far as I know, I should be getting what I paid for. I haven't received any info from the seller, so I assume they're taking care of it. If they didn't, well, they've had 4 business days to tell me something.

I'm curious as to how the eBay purchases are going to work out. Obviously, sellers have a certain time period to ship, so I wonder if they'll be following eBay rules etc.

I'm a little curious also I bought from ebay got a confirmation mine won't be shipping for a couple weeks eta delivery date is 25th of this month

Hello Everyone,

My name is Marc and I am the Quality Assurance Manager forCARiD.com. In addressing the WinJet headlight issue we first want to acknowledge that we made a mistake and had these awesome headlights that we normally retail over $450.00. For a short period of time we had them incorrectly listed on our site for $135.00 as you know. Many of you seized the opportunity to place orders at this severely discounted price and are awaiting those orders to be shipped out. Due to the amount of orders that were placed at this discounted price the orders are currently on hold and have not shipped out. We have been working feverishly for the past few days with the manufacturer to come to a satisfactory resolution that is beneficial for all three parties, you, the manufacturer and our business.

In an effort to be transparent and upfront with each of you supplying this many headlights at this price would be a massive loss for our company; however we understand the nature of the customer experience it would bring if we were to eat that loss. This puts usin a very difficult position as we would love nothing more than to satisfy each of you on this board and build a long lasting relationship with all of you. However there are a few possible outcomes that could result when we come to a conclusion with the manufacturer. We aim to have a deadline with a resolution for you by close of business Monday 3/17/2014.

In a nutshell, we made a mistake, and are trying to resolve it as fast as possible. We ask for yourpatience and will update you as soon as we come to that resolution.
After reading this thread you are all very passionate auto enthusiasts and as customers I can appreciate the emotions that drove this thread. Please bear with us a little longer and I will keep you updated here. In the meanwhile we are now a sponsor of your wonderful forums and look forward to posting up deep discounts and contests in the future for Scion FR-S products.
