I had the pleasure of attending a track day at Buttonwillow Raceway Park yesterday with @CSG Mike, @CSG David, @ImperiousRex, @createluck (achieved a new personal best!), @Mark Slide Squad (achieved a new personal best also!), and @juliog (I'll have to hunt down a few other forum handles to in order to name the rest). As you can see, it was pretty cold out so there was widespread optimism for breaking records. The first order of business was to swap out the Project Mu NS400 pads for their Club Racer RC09 pads. The RC09 pads are very capable and modified my braking. Thanks to @CSG Mike's excellent coacing and comms I was able to navigate the track without any significant problems, but I did boil the Motul RBF600 fluid in my last outing. I couldn't get any video because my GoPro ran out of juice as soon as I hit record.
Billy Johnson showed up and set the unofficial lap record in the FXMD NSX time attack monster. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=49VLC6K1efY"]Video[/ame] I'm the blurry pixel in the paddock. Just kidding. Cold air for everyone.            Snow.
