I've joked about a Chrysler Turbine swap before... but you actually did a turbine engine swap??? How's the throttle response?

APU too slow, generator should be on before starting, start button should be released around 15-20% NG, no fire suppression switch.

Yeah, it's surprising Chapman stuck with them as long as he did... (In fairness, they performed well at Indy!)



But imagine a rear mounted turbine PHEV - you could drive on the highway using exhaust thrust!
