As a general rule, wheels should be as big as they need to be to clear the brakes, nothing more. Any bigger and you're pushing the weight out from the center of the wheel making them worse for performance. Though there's no reason for me to change the stock wheel/tire setup as it's not exactly cost effective for me...
The stock tires are narrow though - if i upgrade to 18s, i def would go with a staggered setup with wider tires front/back compared to stock.
This would also help to fill out the wheel wells for a better stance.

Made a video of the car shortly after I got it.
Finally had a chance to upload it.

For anyone interested please check it out.
Forgot to film the frame-less mirror which is also unique for Series.Blue.

(Also will add it to first post)

Narrow isn't an issue, a high performance tire will grip just fine at these widths.

Staggered setup can cause other issues (and it was generally done from the OEMs to cause that issue: understeer).

Not sure why you bought a Series.Blue if you're going to change the wheels

^ that. I'm definitely keeping the wheels on. Maybe add some 30/25 spacers

The wheels are one of the few things I don't like about it. lol
Not planning to change them anytime soon - spacers are a good compromise for now.
