The Exhaust Diet: Lightest Header to Exhaust tip combo

DISREGARD: See http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=42555

Quote:
Background: Like many of us on here, this car is quite enjoyable splitting Track duties with DD and I haven't found it in myself to gut this car completely into a non-street legal race car yet. I live in a county with emissions, so cats have to stay in for at least 1 more year on the streets to pass inspection. In that time however, it is getting gutted, caged (safety is a big thing for me on a race track...you come to that understanding after a bit of w2w racing and working in race control for 4 years with multiple organizations) and prepped for competition.
Current fighting weight will be 2575 lbs dry without me in it. Base competition weight for NASA PTD is 2775 and I'm 165 plus ~17lbs in full racing gear plus whatever extra I need in left over fuel to make weight. Long term however, it'll have to get down to 2400 lbs dry, so the extreme weight shedding plans have begun. I plan on having a diet plan for multiple sections/groups, so let's stick with just header exhaust combo for this thread

This is probably more related to weight loss, but I'd like to source ideas from the community on lightest combination of header/front pipe/over pipe/mid pipe/exhaust. Ideally, we can post a catted and a catless combo. Kindly post the various components, invididual weights, and total weight in the post.

My current set up is follows for catted:
Borla UEL Headers: 10.9 lbs vs 21lbs stock (-10.1lbs)
Borla Cat Delete Pipe(over/front combined): 6.7lbs vs 16.9 stock (-10.2lbs)
Borla CatBack Exhaust: 28.1 lbs vs 38.4lbs stock (-10.3lbs)

30.6lbs weight loss from stock.

Anthony, the guy who put all that exhaust weight info together, has already shed 300lbs. You should go find his build thread in the project section.
