I haven't checked the fuses yet. I'll do that when I get home from work. I'd like that to be the solution since it would be an easy fix. Thanks for pointing out the obvious haha.

LOL That is why I mentioned it. It will never cease to amaze me how many people don't start with fuses when they have an electrical problem.

Fuse is in the box in the engine compartment. Fuse number 24. See page 276 of the manual for the diagram. You can pull the manual up here if you don't have it handy: http://m.scion.ca/scion/en/m/owners/manuals

Now if a fuse that is only half the battle because if it blows again then you need to figure out why (Once can just be a bad fuse. Twice means there is a problem for sure)

So I just checked fuse #24 (power door lock) but the fuse is not blown. I even replaced fuse #24 with a spare fuse just to make sure. Any other advice?

I appreciate the detailed instructions btw.

Did you ever fix it? I have the same issue and I definitely think its the door lock actuator. My driver side is the worst...the passenger i think is holding up.

See if the unlock button on the door will activate the lock. I had my drivers side lock stop working for both the key fob and actual button on the door. Got it replaced under warranty
