Brembo Big Brake Install - Neon Green Calipers!

We had one of our good customers come in last week for a Brembo brake upgrade for his 2013 FRS. He decided to have the calipers refurbished and painted a pretty wild neon green color that suits the car perfectly. After some slight modifications by P&L staff to swap the bleeder valves and removal of the stock dust shields, the calipers were installed along with Hawk HPS pads, DBA slotted rotors and P&L Motorsports stainless steel brake lines.

Looks good. Nice rotor and pad selection as well.

It looks like the OEM roof rack. Maybe Yakima.

Oh, the Impreza? It's a 98-01 Impreza, I think it's a 2.5RS because of the fenders and the hood vents. 2 door, because the sexiest Subarus only have 2 doors.

I was about to say I think it's been modded for rallyX, but the exhaust hanging down and exiting right behind the front tire would be a liability in rallyX.

EDIT It's their drag car.

Is it still AWD? What's the 60' time? With that much power and those tires, have you had any problems with drivetrain components? What engine is in it?

What was the overall cost in doing this? I've seen a few brembo swaps and I'm just curious about the price of getting this done

I suspect it cost a lot more than 6-10k to make a low 8 second car.

It works out to right about $1000 per corner for brand new calipers, rotors, pads, adapters (if necessary) and stainless steel braided lines.
