I just recently received this code and now dealer is replacing my ECU under emissions warranty in PA.

This photo illustrates the issue - the little piece on the inside left that looks like it has a spring behind it is the cause. It is actually supposed to sit flush with the back, but it will pop out and cause a oil pressure loss, which causes the cam to not respond fully. If this has happened, the cam sprocket will need to be replaced unless you can get that piece to sit flush again.
