Subaru Impreza WRX STI S206 announced (JDM)

Subaru has announced plans to offer a special edition Impreza WRX STI S206 in Japan.
The car is distinguished by a new front spoiler, a revised grille, ventilated fenders and 19-inch BBS wheels with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. An optional NBR challenge package adds a carbon fiber roof, a carbon fiber rear spoiler and black BBS wheels.
Inside, the cabin has Alcantara sport seats, gloss black trim, red seat belts and S206 sill plates.
For improved handling, the model is equipped with a front tower brace, Brembo brakes and exclusive Bilstein shocks. There's also a stiffened chassis and a revised VDC (Vehicle Dynamics Control) system.
Under the hood, the engine has an optimized ECU, upgraded pistons and a high-performance crankshaft. Thanks to these tweaks, it develops 320 PS (235 kW / 316 hp) and 431 Nm (318 lb-ft) of torque.
Production will be limited to 300 units, but there's no word on pricing.
