Someone can confirm this but I believe in the US ours is not drilled, so you can make a hole and fit whatever size bulb(s) you want.

I've done a search already. I would like to know the bulb number and wattage of the rear fog light bulb for those markets that have them.
When I make my rear foglight I want to make sure I use a bulb that is bright enough but also dimensionally correct as not to melt stuff inside.

Until someone can make a kit that uses factory components and mounts to the stock fog switch, mine will stay a red triangle with no purpose. There's no reason to turn it into a constant on or 4th brake light.

I want an all-white triangle piece to replace it with, too. Anyone heard of one yet?

ijdmtoy.com, "Valenti-style" light cluster. I chose the smoked one because I liked the idea of downplaying the entire cluster so it's almost invisible.

Sorry for bumping an old thread but can I ask a question? I bought my '14 BRZ in '15 with the rear fog light installed. I live in the US so the previous owner must have done the mod. The rear fog light recently stopped working, I saw the socket was extremely corroded, cleaning it does not help.
I figured I could buy any 7440 socket and just splice the wires, but the one on the car has three wires coming from it where all the sockets I find have two. I tried to see if I could buy that exact socket separately but no one sells it. Does anyone have one to sell me or any suggestions as to how to resolve this issue? Thank you.

Drivers in the UK switch on their fog lights at the first sign of bad visibility, they then forget to switch them off so you see cars being driven throughout the winter with effing bright red lights blinding the poor drivers behind...

This is a 12V 21W bulb. I’m pretty sure it cross references to a 7440
