Burger Jones at Calhoun at 6pm, sounds good to me! Ahhhh reminiscence, I lived around the area for 14 years before I got married.

EDIT: Who took their car to the Subaru dealership in Bloomington to go get a transmission check? A friend of mine who details cars there told me that there have been a few BRZ that has been returned and got their transmissions inspected because of issues. I want to hear from a fellow owner what the main reason was and did they fix anything.

I have heard of two that I know of that did not have any transmission fluid from the factory and ended up needing to be replaced, but im not sure if that has anything to do with it. Maybe its just the fact that its notchy as hell??? Man, when its remotely cool out, I can barely get the thing in first and second gear.

It was very difficult to get the transmission in second in my s2k, and I believe the s2k and the brz/frs share a similar transmission.

Btw, I'm out of town right now and won't be able to make it to Sunday's dinner.

I had an 05 ap2, but it was the same no matter what year you had. I even changed the fluid and it didn't help. I became used to it and had to shift into 2nd very gently when the transmission was cold.

Great meet everyone, I only wish it was warmer so we could have a photoshoot. FINALLY have the chance to see how the FRS/BRZ look while driving.
