No, because a fender could theoretically have a functional vent to reduce pressure in the engine bay, and ours doesn't actually alter the shape of the car (thereby being classified as trim). Unless you have the wing thing, then its aero.

Where would you suppose a functional door intake would lead? It's gonna look real dumb the minute someone opens the door.
