Growing up sucks. Entirely forgot that my birthday is on Monday, so yesterday I sent out a message to the group chats and was like "hey dudes, lets go grab some drinks on Saturday for my birthday"

Then immediately after sending it, I was like "lol shit, everyone is grown up now and either has moved away, or is in a committed relationship and can't meet up or has a job which requires weekend work"

Short of the long, 1 out of 7 guys are free. Ah well. Haven't seen this friend in about a year, so it's not all bad.

I haven't seen one of the few friends I still have some form of comms with in almost 1.5 years. We live about 10 minutes from each other.

Work and life keeps conflicting with our schedules :/ That's why I've been looking for a M-F job, so I can get weekends off again.
