What I meant was I doubt the Dyno shop I went not this lovely header~ I knew it was designed for mid range power. None against the product. Car feels much better with this header. There is big enough difference for anyone can feel. That is why I yet can't accept what this dyno reading shows.

Before I went to dyno, I tried to pull virtual dyno with data log on the nice smooth flat road of both prior to header and after. That result shows very good gain throughout the powerband, but not on this dyno I went last time. Again, I am doubting the dyno NOT this header~ I love it~

I don't think I will redyno any soon because there is not many dyno shops in my town. Also, I just found out that the a/c compressor is the cause of low reading of power. Climate control was set to defrost mode so we assume that is why we had low reading. I know it was dumb thing that we didn't make sure the a/c is off. So Im happy now with result. 164 whp with a/c on is not that bad on dyno dynamics. The base fr-s power was 145 whp on the same dyno. We never know what the readings will be with a/c off, but Im pretty sure it will show some more hp/tq. I don't know when I will get re-dyno, but here is virtual dyno comparison until I post new one.

Green graph is with stock header + headerback exhaust + oft stg1.
Blue graph is with this header + headerback exhaust + oft stg1.
Red graph is with this header + headerback exhaust + oft stg 2 uel tune.
All three runs were done on same exact road.
I know this is not true dyno but sure it shows gains of power.

Like I said, this won't be true comparison for how much exactly it gained, but I just post it to tell the gain is there to show the gap. Yes I am stupid enough not to turn off a/c before Dyno, but am not that stupid to believe this shows true gain. Of course it never gained 50 ft lbs torque. I dont even believe that it produce 200 whp.

AC compressor shuts off at WOT anyway, so that shouldn't be much of a variable.

Reason for a/c is the cause? I've seen some Dyno result showing power loss with a/c on. I know it disengage ac compresser clutch, but still lose power. I will also give a try ac on and off when I redyno mine.

I just don't want people to think that this header doesn't produce good gain based on my result ONLY. There are many other members who claimed good gain throughout the power band. Its just mine shows that not. That is it.
What is your fascination with 3rd gear?

The previous pull was on 3rd gear before I had header install, but he did 4th gear pull this time. That is why I don't think it is good comparison.

I am thinking of ordering one of these. Just curious, what effect will it have on gas mileage? Anyone have some experience to share there? Or with aftermarket headers in general? I get about 27 mpg now.

Has anyone else have this header crack on them? Not too happy, as it's only 14 months old...
